My dealings with Adobe have always had a positive outcome in the past, and I'm hoping the streak continues! I know Apple is unlikely to provide it, because they want folks to use Affinity. I'm really feeling like there should be a customer support solution to this issue. Once the Vista version is completely unsupported, I'm no longer comfortable using that computer due to the possibility of hacking. I actually tried that route before upgrading my computer, but had to reinstall my backup just to keep CS working. It's not an option for me to upgrade to Windows 10 based on RAM in my older computer, thus the purchase of the MAC. My Alienware PC was top of the line, Adobe CS was (and still is) top of the line, and *updating* operating systems to the point where software could no longer be used was unheard of when I made those purchases. It' s terribly frustrating to spend so much money on a product, then not be able to use it. I get that this is not an Adobe issue, however, I'm hoping Adobe can provide a solution of some sort.
